We ship worldwide via EMS. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination zone:

Free shipping on international orders over KRW 224,000.

Returns & Refunds

청약철회 (국내)

「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 상품을 수령한 날부터 7일 이내 청약철회(반품·교환)를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

배송비 부담

  • 단순 변심·사이즈 교환: 왕복 배송비 고객 부담
  • 상품 하자·오배송: 배송비 전액 당사 부담
  • 무료배송으로 받으신 주문을 반품하는 경우, 실제 발생한 편도 배송비가 환불액에서 차감됩니다.

반품·교환이 불가한 경우

  • 고객의 책임으로 상품이 멸실·훼손된 경우 (단, 확인을 위한 포장 훼손은 제외)
  • 사용 또는 착용으로 상품 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
  • 시간이 지나 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품 가치가 감소한 경우
  • 주문 제작 상품으로, 사전에 별도 고지하고 동의를 받은 경우

환불 처리

반품 상품 회수 및 검수 완료 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 환불 처리됩니다. 결제 수단에 따라 실제 입금까지 추가 기간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

Returns & Refunds (International)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges and any customs duties already paid are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of inspection.

Terms of Service

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Artifact(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 온라인 스토어에서 제공하는 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 명시와 개정)

회사는 본 약관의 내용을 이용자가 확인할 수 있도록 온라인 스토어 내에 게시합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전)부터 공지합니다.

제3조 (서비스의 제공)

회사는 상품 정보 제공, 구매 계약의 체결, 구매 상품의 배송 등 관련 업무를 수행합니다. 회사는 상품의 품절 또는 기술적 사양 변경의 경우 해당 상품의 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (구매 신청 및 계약의 성립)

이용자의 구매 신청에 대해 회사가 수신확인통지를 발송한 시점에 계약이 성립합니다. 회사는 미성년자의 계약, 재화의 품절, 기타 구매 신청에 오류가 있는 경우 승낙하지 않을 수 있습니다.

제5조 (대금 결제)

결제는 스토어에 표시된 수단으로 이루어지며, 결제 정보는 결제대행사를 통해 처리됩니다. 표시 가격에는 부가가치세가 포함되어 있습니다.

제6조 (배송, 청약철회 및 환불)

배송 및 청약철회·환불에 관한 사항은 별도의 배송 정책 및 환불 정책에 따릅니다.

제7조 (지식재산권)

온라인 스토어에 게시된 상표, 제품 디자인, 이미지, 텍스트 등 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 복제·배포·상업적 이용을 금합니다.

제8조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁에 대해서는 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제소합니다.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable.
